Nightly Tariff

Peak Season Tariff (October to April)

$295 (incl GST) per night for up to six people

Off Peak Season Tariff (May to September)

$205 (incl GST) per night for up to six people

*Longer term rates are negotiable on request.

Booking Guidelines

• Maximum of six people
• Two night minimum stay
• Three night minimum stay on public holiday weekends
• Surcharge of $100 applies for a single night stay
• Medium-stay and long-stay rates are available upon request
• No smoking permitted in the apartment 
• 25% deposit is required to secure a booking

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee of 25% applies if a booking is cancelled within 14 days and 100% if cancelled within 2 days. However, there is no charge if the booking is replaced.
